Last night was when I actually realized how far I came in my weight loss journey. At my biggest I was 345lbs. With the KeepFit Fat Loss Program I came down to 276lbs. I still have a ways to go but I'm just so proud of myself for not quitting like I usually do. Thanks to Keisha.

Today is day 21 of my KeepFit Fat Loss program and I am super proud of myself. On day 1, I weighed 303lbs and on day 21, I am 286lbs. I lost 18 pounds. My waist was 49 1/2 inces and now it's at 43 inches.

So today is my final day of the 10 day cleanse. I will say that it was better than I expected. I've lost 3 1/2 inches around my waist. I haven't felt any bloating. I am very pleased with how I feel overall. Yay I did it.
